Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 2026

This policy explains how Goalline Ventures ("we", "us") handles information you provide through goallineventures.com.

What we collect

  • Information you submit — such as your name, email, company, links, and the details of a pitch or deal you send us through our forms or by email.
  • Basic technical data — standard server logs (e.g., IP address, timestamp) generated when you visit, used to operate and secure the site. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

How we use it

  • To review and evaluate the opportunity you submitted and to respond to you.
  • To operate, maintain, and protect the website.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

We share submitted information only within Goalline Ventures and with our professional advisers, co-investors, and prospective transaction partners where reasonably necessary to evaluate an opportunity — and with service providers (for example, our email provider) that help us operate. We may also disclose information where required by law.

Retention

We keep submissions for as long as needed to evaluate the opportunity and maintain our records, after which we delete or anonymize them.

Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have provided by emailing hello@goallineventures.com. We will respond in accordance with applicable law.

Governing law

We handle personal information in accordance with applicable Canadian privacy law, including Québec's private-sector privacy legislation. This policy is governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
